EOFT Game

Moving Adventures Medien GmbH, with its registered office at Thalkirchner Str. 58, 80337 Munich, is organizing this giveaway. The giveaway is in no way connected with Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram). Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram) is neither a sponsor nor involved in any way in our photo contest.

Participation in the online giveaway is free of charge and is reserved for persons of legal age who have an internet connection and an Instagram account. Employees of Moving Adventures Medien GmbH and other companies involved in organizing the giveaway are not permitted to participate. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these rules. Any other form of participation is excluded. Participation is voluntary. Only one entry per person/household is possible.

Information about the giveaway is accessible at: https://eoft.eu/win/poster-game-challenge — the underlying EOFT game is accessible at: https://bit.ly/EOFT_app_game. If the game or circumstances so require, the organizer reserves the right to postpone, change, cancel, or renew the giveaway. The organizer cannot be held liable in any of these cases. The giveaway runs from July 30, 2026 to August 23, 2026 inclusive. The prize draw will take place after the giveaway ends. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message.

Participants must enter between July 30 and August 23, 2026. To do so, they must play the EOFT game (https://bit.ly/EOFT_app_game), take a photo at the end of the game, share it on Instagram, and tag the European Outdoor Film Tour Instagram account (@europeanoutdoorfilmtour). To enter the draw, participants must also send a direct message to the Instagram account stating which prize draw they wish to enter: either a Transa voucher worth CHF 250, a Gigasport voucher worth €250, or a Naturzeit voucher worth €250. Each participant may only enter one of the three draws.

If a participant has a private Instagram account, they will be asked via direct message to share the photo again in the chat as proof — only then will they be entered into the draw for their chosen prize.

Prizes will be drawn from all valid entries received by August 23, 2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message in August/September 2026. To deliver the voucher, the winner may be asked to provide a valid email address — where possible, the voucher will be sent directly via Instagram message. The winner must respond no later than 1 week after being notified, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

The following prizes will be drawn at random and delivered within Europe by post or as a voucher by email:

• One Transa voucher worth CHF 250 (transa.ch)

• One Gigasport voucher worth €250 (gigasport.at)

• One Naturzeit voucher worth €250 (naturzeit.com)

Vouchers are valid in-store and online. The respective retailer's terms and conditions apply.

By submitting a photo, the creator guarantees that the submission and its use as described in these terms does not infringe any third-party rights (in particular copyright, personality rights, and data protection rights) or any other legally protected rights.

Participants grant Moving Adventures Medien the non-exclusive right, limited to the duration of the giveaway and related follow-up coverage, to use and publish the submitted photos free of charge in connection with the EOFT game. This includes in particular resharing photos in Instagram Stories and feed posts of @europeanoutdoorfilmtour, printing and physically displaying photos at events (e.g. as a photo wall), and using them in editorial coverage of the giveaway.

Participants who wish to restrict the use of their photos must contact Moving Adventures Medien in writing before submitting: content@moving-adventures.de.

If a photo features a minor (under 18 years of age), the consent of a parent or legal guardian must be obtained before submission. Moving Adventures Medien must be informed in advance via the same channel (content@moving-adventures.de) and may request to view the consent upon request.

Consent to the use of a person's image may be withdrawn for good cause with effect for the future. Such withdrawal must be submitted in writing to content@moving-adventures.de.

In the course of participating in the giveaway, Moving Adventures Medien GmbH processes personal data of participants. This includes in particular the Instagram username, images created during the AR game (including facial imagery), the choice of retail partner, and — in the event of winning — the email address provided for voucher delivery.

Data is processed for the purpose of running and administering the giveaway, including identifying and notifying winners, and — where consent has been given — for further use as described in §7.

For the technical provision of the EOFT game, Moving Adventures Medien uses the external service provider VARS e.U. as a data processor.

Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway will be deleted after the giveaway concludes and prizes have been dispatched, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

The legal process is excluded. Moving Adventures Medien cannot be held liable for possible disruptions to the internet, the game, or the corresponding links arising from unauthorized access to data or illegal actions that in turn cause disruptions to the administrative process, security, or order of the giveaway. Moving Adventures Medien also cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or loss of Instagram mentions, internet congestion, the quality of users' equipment, or the quality of the internet connection and resulting transmission delays. These terms are drafted in German. German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
